Responsibilities As a Home Care Assistant, you will: * Assist clients in maintaining independence in their own homes by following personalised care plans. * Provide compassionate and tailored support, fostering meaningful relationships. * Offer personal care assistance with dignity and respect when required. * Support with medication management as needed. * Support with light housekeeping and daily errands. * Ensure the safety and cleanliness of clients’ homes. * Communicate effectively with clients and the care team to deliver high-quality care. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care skills.
