Gallagher is looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join our team and make a real impact. This is no ordinary credit control position, as you will need to reconcile, investigate and resolve process discrepancies. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts across the Aerospace/Aviation market. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients. How you'll make an impact Investigate unallocated cash by working closely with brokers and clients. Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Manage high volumes of queries and resolve urgent issues efficiently. Provide detailed commentary on aged debt reports and escalate issues when necessary. Perform root cause analysis to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. Reconcile client statements and ensure compliance with Gallagher’s policies and regulations. About You Experience in purchase ledger, cash allocations, or accounts receivables in a large or complex business. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve root causes. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, VLOOKUP, analysing and reconciling large data sets etc. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. We will also be flexible on the above requirements for a fluent Spanish speaker. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
