My client, an independent firm of accountants are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team, where you will be responsible for internal financial management. Benefits Ø 24 days holidays, plus bank holidays Ø 35 hour working week Ø Free parking What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Finance Manager: Ø Take responsibility for the function, recommending process improvements where appropriate Ø Manage Payroll, VAT returns and payments Ø Prepare monthly management accounts, budget and forecast reports Ø Ensure compliance to regulations, keeping abreast of legislative changes Ø Support the Directors in the planning of strategic growth, through delivery of accurate, insightful financial reporting and analysis Required Skills and Qualifications of the Finance Manager: Ø CIMA/ACCA qualified highly desirable Ø Experience of carrying out a similar role Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ø Highly organised, with great attention to detail My client is offering an annual salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
