Role Overview
* Support teachers in delivering a tailored curriculum.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to assist in lesson planning and resource management.
* Supervise whole classes during teachers' short-term absences (maximum of eight learners per class).
* Work alongside the leadership team to help achieve the desired outcomes for learners.
* Assist in implementing policies and processes to maintain a secure learning environment.
Requirements
1. Experience working with SEN students, including those with complex learning difficulties.
2. Proven ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviours.
3. A teaching qualification or HLTA certification is strongly preferred.
