Our client is a well-established business providing photographic, printing, and picture framing services to artists, photographers, and companies across the UK. They are a small, friendly team who work closely together, and due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Administrator to support the smooth running of their office.
This role offers flexible hours to fit around school times and would suit an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who enjoys variety, can turn their hand to different tasks, and takes pride in working quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
What we need from you:
Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in sales administration or general office administration
Experience using MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail especially around data entry
Be organised and able to work on your own initiative
Strong communication skills verbal and written
Excellent time keeping skills punctual
What the role involves:
Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
Helping the team manage workflow
Entering orders onto order management software, inputting shipping labels
Dealing with customers in shop, quoting, communicating with customers regarding orders
Overseeing customer payments
Other tasks as and when required
Salary: £17,550 pro rata (FTE £26,325) per year.
Hours: 9.30am 3pm Monday Friday.
