Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Manager in Norfolk, with the flexibility to work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotations, meeting sales targets, and managing client accounts. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams is essential to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in business development within fire safety account management a must
* Ability to create and execute sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
* Knowledge of the fire protection and security industry is highly advantageous
* Proactive, self-motivated, and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel within Norfolk and Suffolk
