Head of Finance
* Location: Stirling (Office Based)
* Full Time – Monday to Friday (38.75 Hours)

In the role of Head of Finance, you will be key in supporting and driving development of the business, providing financial business planning, insight and support on key business decisions.
About You:
Already an experienced senior finance professional, with an operational background, you are technically minded and demonstrate strong commercial acumen. With the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across a varied and growing business, you have proven experience managing and leading teams. In addition, you’ll have:
* Recognised Qualifications in Accounting/Finance (I.e. Full CIMA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) preferred.
* Demonstrative ability to manage competing priorities and drive results under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and impact the decisions and financial performance of senior stakeholders and their teams.
* Strong management accountancy background.
* Excellent IT skills, including a practical understanding of Microsoft packages.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with solutions.
