We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
* Managing customer accounts and preparing quotes.
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
* Liaise with clients to provide updates on orders, resolve issues, and gather feedback.
* Support the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
* Maintain an organised database of client information and sales activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Creating purchase orders.
* Stock Control.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are crucial for success in this role.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
* Knowledge of working at height and rope access equipment would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
