- Purpose You will be responsible for refurbishing, modernising, or fully renewing modular accommodation units, ensuring each cabin is restored to a high-quality, 'good-as-new' standard and ready for hire ?.

Key Responsibilities We're looking for a practical, hands-on individual with strong general DIY skills who is flexible and willing to carry out a variety of tasks, including: ?? Manual preparation for painting ?? Basic plumbing work ?? Fitting windows and doors ?? General maintenance and repairs ?? Safe use of power tools ?? Removing and replacing flooring ?? Removing and fitting wall and ceiling panels ? Maintaining high-quality workmanship in line with customer expectations ?? What We're Looking For You should be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with experience in one or more of the following: ?? Joinery ?? Plumbing ? Electrical work A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential ??.
