Role Overview:
You’ll play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure that improves connectivity, enhances communities, and leaves a lasting legacy. Working across a diverse portfolio of highways and transport schemes, you’ll gain exposure to varied, technically engaging projects while continuing to develop your expertise within the NEC framework.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead NEC-accredited highways and local authority projects from inception to completion
* Manage planning, cost control, programme, risk, and quality across projects
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Coordinate consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives
* Support regional project opportunities, contributing to CPC’s growing NEC PM offering
About You:
* Proven experience delivering projects under NEC contracts (accreditation ideal but not essential)
* Experience delivering highways / local authority projects, or broader infrastructure (e.g. rail, aviation)
* Strong project delivery skills: planning, cost, and programme management
