Retail Store Openings Manager


Location: UK (nationwide travel required)

Engagement: Contract / Consultancy / Full-time (open to all)

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Openings Manager, either an individual specialist or a professional company—to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new retail store openings. This includes our existing estate and our new partnership with Morrisons, which requires a highly organised, detail-driven leader who can manage complex rollouts from concept through to launch.


Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end project management of retail store openings, ensuring all milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and to brand standards.
2. Develop and present clear project briefs, timelines, and status updates for internal teams and stakeholders.
3. Coordinate and oversee all parties involved, including contractors, designers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams.
4. Create or source detailed floor plans, technical drawings, and rendered visuals of retail units to support planning, approvals, and execution.
5. Work directly with Morrisons and other partners to ensure compliance with guidelines, processes, and operational requirements.
