Responsibilities
* Conducting internal and external audits
* Supporting customer and supplier PPAP activities
* Leading 8D investigations and root cause analysis
* Managing customer quality concerns and containment actions
* Supporting quality planning and continuous improvement projects
* Producing KPI reports and performance analysis
* Supporting inspection, testing and validation activities
* Working closely with production teams to improve quality performance
* Driving improvements across processes, systems and standards
* Supporting warranty investigations and customer-facing activities
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience within a manufacturing environment
* Understanding of PPAP, FMEA, 8D and IATF16949
* Enjoy solving problems and driving improvements
* Comfortable working with customers, suppliers and production teams
* Take ownership rather than passing problems on
* Prefer a hands‑on SME environment over a large corporate structure
* Want to play a key role in strengthening and shaping a Quality function
* Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and team‑first mentality
Bonus Experience
* CMM measurement or programming
* IMDS
* VDA auditing
* Supplier Quality, Customer Quality
* Leadership or mentoring experience
