The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong client partnerships, sourcing exceptional talent, and delivering a premium candidate experience across Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences markets. You’ll benefit from tailored business development and marketing support, plus guidance from an experienced, hands‑on leadership team. The role also offers scope to progress into Team Leader or strategic business roles as the company continues to grow.
