About The Paragon
The Paragon is a growing, design-led architectural practice based in Kingston, London. We specialise in high-quality residential and bespoke projects across London and Surrey.
As our portfolio expands, we are looking for a driven Part II Architect to join our studio and work across multiple live projects from day one.
This is not a passive role. You will be trusted, challenged, and supported to grow.
The Opportunity
You will:
* Work across projects at varying RIBA stages
* Support design development and technical detailing
* Produce planning and Building Regulations packages
* Coordinate with consultants and contractors
* Attend client meetings and site visits
* Contribute creatively to a design-focused studio
This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team where your contribution genuinely matters.
What We're Looking For
* RIBA Part II qualification (completed in the UK)
* Minimum 2+ years' UK experience in a design-led residential practice
* Strong understanding of UK Planning & Building Regulations
* Experience working across multiple RIBA stages
* Excellent AutoCAD & SketchUp skills
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Confident written and spoken English
* Highly organised with strong time management
