Title: Systems Integration Manager
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
We have partnered with one of the major nuclear clients in the UK, delivering engineering excellence across Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, SMR development, and Poland’s first nuclear power station.
We are now seeking a Systems Integration Manager to join the Waste Systems Team, acting as a key technical coordinator and change facilitator responsible for the design and integration of effluent treatment systems.
Role Overview
You will ensure system configuration activities align with project milestones, while supporting multi-disciplinary collaboration across UK, French, and German engineering teams. This position plays a central role in ensuring design stability, technical integrity, and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and communicate priorities in line with project timelines and milestones
* Provide technical guidance and resolve multi-disciplinary engineering issues
* Coordinate with civil, layout, safety, electrical, I&C, and commissioning teams
* Monitor progress and escalate issues to senior stakeholders
* Ensure design changes are complete, consistent, and fully integrated
* Promote design stability and challenge unnecessary modifications
* Oversee configuration attribute and specification database updates
* Lead cross-system technical tasks within Waste Systems or wider projects
* Support design reviews, technical committees, and quality assurance
* Conduct peer reviews and foster collaboration across international teams
Qualifications
* Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent)
* 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering or project work
* Experience within nuclear, energy, or other regulated industries
* Strong organisational and workload management capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams
