Day/Night Duty Co-ordinator (FTC) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and direct the team of chauffeurs operating in central London. Assign daily medical transportation tasks in collaboration with the cargo supervisor. Allocate additional tasks as instructed by authorised logistics personnel and clients. Report unauthorised transport requests to logistics management. Notify the relevant department or supervisor about any vehicle faults. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with clients, colleagues, and external providers. Ensure all vehicles used are kept in a presentable condition. Adhere to the company’s code of conduct and respect the sensitive nature of its business. Comply with all applicable Health and Safety regulations. Follow organisational policies and procedures. Enter all chauffeur assignments into the logistics auditing system. Work on a flexible schedule as needed by operational demands. Keep the work mobile phone switched on and respond promptly to calls. Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position. Knowledge and Skills: Strong IT skills, including high competency with MS Office Experience of fleet operations Experience of coordinating multiple vehicle operations Experience of managing personnel
