We are currently recruiting for a good all-round Administration Assistant on a temporary ongoing basis, for our client based near to Colsterworth, own transport required due to rural location and no public transport available. The role is to support the office Manager with everyday tasks as required to run a small family-owned business.
Responsibilities
* Taking messages, answering calls
* Sales order processing
* Invoice allocation, matching and batching (small amount)
* Paperwork and data filing
* Managing the email inbox, post, letters
* Basic data entry onto Excel spreadsheets and CRM system
Hours will start Mon to Fri 9am-3pm but in coming weeks will increase to full time 9am - 5pm so you must be prepared to be flexible.
