Client Director
to lead high-value opportunities and build senior-level relationships across a diverse client base.
About the Role
As a Client Director, you'll play a pivotal role in unlocking large-scale opportunities across both existing accounts and new prospects. This is a senior overlay position—not focused on day-to-day account management—but on strategic engagement, deal leadership, and executive influence.
You'll also manage a select portfolio of strategic accounts and may step in to ensure continuity when Account Directors transition.

: Shape and win complex, multi-service solutions.
* Executive Engagement
: Build and maintain relationships at C-suite and board level.
* Sales Partnership
: Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen bids and growth strategies.
* Direct Account Ownership
: Drive cross-sell and growth in key accounts.
* Planning & Alignment
: Align client business and IT strategies with service capabilities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Coordinate with delivery, operations, and technical teams.
* Thought Leadership
: Represent the business at industry events and executive forums.
Ideal Candidate
* Proven success in senior client leadership roles within IT managed services or infrastructure.
* Experience closing large, complex deals across new and existing accounts.
* Gravitas to engage credibly at executive level.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communicator and collaborator.
* Full UK driving license required.
