The Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from prospecting through close, while collaborating closely with customers, prospects, and internal teams.
You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s go-to-market motion and contributing to a strong, collaborative sales culture within a fast-scaling startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Run complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach to contract signature
* Proactively build and manage your pipeline with full ownership and accountability
* Engage senior engineers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders in both technical and business-focused conversations
* Clearly articulate product value, ROI, and integration considerations
* Drive successful customer adoption and long-term account growth
* Help define and refine customer qualification criteria and sales processes as the business scales
* Represent the voice of the customer in discussions with product and engineering teams
* Mentor and support newer Account Executives
* Partner with marketing to refine messaging and sales enablement materials
* Support FinTech and Financial Services accounts while contributing to other enterprise opportunities as required
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
* Direct experience selling developer tools or similarly technical products
* Consistent track record of exceeding quota
* Strong technical acumen and ability to sell to both technical and executive audiences
* Comfortable owning pipeline generation as well as deal execution
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient
* Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving processes
* Prior experience in Sales Engineering or delivering technical product demonstrations (preferred)
