Key Responsibilities
o Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
o Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
o Accurately log call details and update internal systems
o Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
o Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures
o Provide customers with accurate information and support
o Follow up on outstanding queries where required
o Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets
Skills and Experience Required
o Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role preferred
o Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
o Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
o Good IT and data entry skills
o Ability to remain calm under pressure
o Professional and friendly telephone manner
o GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
