Key Responsibilities of the Chartered Building Surveyor:
* Lead on major refurbishment projects, TDD and dilapidations instructions
* Deliver forward-thinking advice to landlords, tenants, investors, and occupiers
* Drive PPMs, defect analysis, and commercial building surveys with precision
* Collaborate with expert teams across multiple disciplines
* Take ownership of client relationships and play a pivotal role in expanding the practice
Requirements:
* MRICS qualified, ideally with 1-2 years' PQE
* Proven experience as a lead consultant/CA/employer's agent
* Exceptional communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships
* Solid technical grounding across dilapidations, TDD, and PPMs
* Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and confident working independently
* Flexible to travel across the UK (full UK driving licence required)
