Overview
We’re looking for a GTM Marketing Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality, taking concepts, messaging and campaign ideas and transforming them into well-designed visual assets, marketing materials and campaign execution.
You’ll work closely across sales, marketing and client success, helping bring campaigns, propositions and outreach initiatives to life.
This is a hands-on execution role, but we’re also looking for someone who is commercially aware and interested in how marketing supports revenue growth.
A key part of the role will be understanding our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and the different buying personas within them and helping tailor marketing assets and campaign content to resonate with those audiences.
Responsibilities
* Turn marketing and sales ideas into high-quality visual and campaign assets
* Create presentations, infographics, campaign graphics and marketing collateral
* Support the execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
* Assist with email outreach campaigns and GTM initiatives
* Design visual assets for sales enablement, marketing campaigns and thought leadership
* Develop wireframes and visual concepts for new ideas and propositions
* Work closely with the GTM team to bring campaigns and ideas to life quickly
* Tailor assets and messaging to different buying personas and ICPs
* Support content creation across website, social media and outreach campaigns
Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
* Graphic design and visual content creation
* Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
* Creating presentations, infographics and visual marketing assets
* Building wireframes or concept visuals
* Supporting marketing campaigns
* Understanding how marketing supports commercial goals and pipeline generation
* Experience with HubSpot would be advantageous, but this can easily be learned through certification and support from our partners.
AI & Creative Approach
We welcome candidates who are comfortable using AI tools as part of their workflow, but we’re not looking for someone who simply generates generic AI content.
Instead, we want someone who can:

* Produce original, high-quality marketing assets

Must be UK based with right to work.
Location can be flexible but must be willing to travel into office from time to time and team meetings.
