Data Controller

Our Opportunity
As the Data Controller you will be responsible for the control of AWS UK data across the customer, suppliers and internally. You will manage and control AWS UK data repositories and exchange of data between Thales, customers and suppliers. You will work to project specific Data Management Plans in co-operation with the Configuration Manager, adhering to agreed document identification and labelling, security management rules, configuration management rules and commercial IPR constraints. You will manage data exchange environments including adding and maintaining users, permissions and structure and support the AWS UK team to ensure documents are managed in the Windchill and PALMA environments.
About you
The following skills and experience will set you up for success in this role:
* Experience with Winchill (or other similar document management/PDM system)
* Experience with Palma (or other similar document management/PDM system)
* Analytical skills aligned with the need to carry out detailed investigations.-A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.-An ability to successfully manage change
* The ability to adapt personal style of management and communication to achieve the desired results from interactions with team members and stakeholders.
* An inquisitive attitude; keen to learn, understand and challenge the inputs from other functions.
Additional Security Information
Due to the sensitive nature of much of the work, all applicants must be eligible for UK MoD Security Clearance (SC level minimum).
