Teaching Personnel is seeking confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Northampton and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students in completing set work to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
Strong classroom management skills
Confident, professional, and able to use initiative
Experience with young people (school, sports coaching, tutoring, youth work etc.)
Degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
