Logistics Supervisor!
Location: Necton, Norfolk, 7am - 5pm (10 hours per day)
Contract Duration: 6 Months initial contract with potential to extend

What You'll Do:
As our Logistics Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate logistics activities to optimise workflow and ensure timely deliveries.
Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of logistics staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Problem-Solving: Quickly address and resolve any operational challenges that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
Reporting: Prepare and present logistics reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Who You Are:

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
