Job Description
We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team. This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience in permanent contract/s. About the team The team aims to provide quality protection and intervention for the most vulnerable and in need of protection children in the borough.
The team manage a complex case load - including CWD cases - and ensure they work in a child centred manner with every case. This position involves offering support and guidance to others in the team with court proceedings and frontline assessments where necessary. About you A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipDW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential to be considered for this role.
Also, knowledge and ability to complete Section 47 and Section 17 are needed. A valid UK driving licence is essential for the success of this role.
