Role Description
This is a remote position for a Full-cycle Sales Specialist (we ask that you can generate leads and close the sale completely) at Railey Molinario | Relationship Intelligence™. We’re looking for someone to join our high-performance team in a flexible, purpose-driven role that combines lead generation, appointment setting, and closing.
You’ll be responsible for identifying aligned prospects, building meaningful relationships, and guiding potential clients through our proven sales process.
This is not a traditional corporate sales role. You’ll be part of a mission-led brand that delivers transformational workshops, helping people and organisations create aligned, thriving relationships.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
* Proven experience in sales: lead generation, appointment setting, or closing high-ticket offers
* Emotionally intelligent and comfortable working in a heart-led, impact-driven environment
* Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and remotely
* B2B experience with coaching, personal development, or wellness is a plus
