Do you have a keen interest in exploration within the UK Nuclear sector?

The Opportunity

* Develop integrated multidisciplinary solutions that align with programme requirements.
* Maintain strong stakeholder engagement (internal teams, regulators, local authorities, contractors).
* Drive safe delivery to technical and sustainability requirements.
* Track and report progress, risks, issues and change controls.
* Maintain Level 3 schedules aligned with Level 1 and Level 2 programme schedules.
* Review contractor schedules and rolling programmes.
* Maintain List of Deliverables (LOD) and apply Earned Value Management.
* Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
* Ensure compliance with contractual and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

* Strong background across engineering design, contract strategies and construction execution planning.
* Experience within EPCM environments.
* Expertise in procurement and management of complex contracts.

* Experience managing claims and commercial negotiations.
* Stakeholder engagement experience with key rail industry bodies and external partners.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex interfaces.
* Working knowledge of rail and Network Rail standards (e.g., GRIP, AMP, DWWP).
* Strong project management, financial management and analytical skills.
* Proficiency with estimating, scheduling and risk tools.
* Experience managing contractors under NEC contracts.
* Skilled in digital project systems (Outlook 365, MS Teams, A?Site, BIM, GIS, Teamcenter).

* Degree?qualified with chartered status (engineering, construction, or related).
* Good knowledge of CDM Regulations.
* Personal Track Safety (PTS) and appropriate CSCS certification.
