GSL Education are seeking a committed Maths Teacher to work in Sheffield schools, guiding learners in the S11 postcode area to strengthen their mathematical skills and self-assurance. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will deliver focused lessons that build problem-solving ability, logical thinking, and a positive approach to mathematics. You will play a key role in driving academic progress and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging maths lessons aligned with the curriculum. Support students in developing numeracy, reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback. Encourage participation and maintain high expectations of behaviour and effort. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student outcomes. Requirements: Qualified teacher status (QTS) with relevant experience as a Maths Teacher. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively. Clear communication and confident classroom management skills. A professional, reflective approach to teaching and learning. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
