As Head Chef, you'll have full autonomy over the daily kitchen operation, leading a talented brigade of 20+ and crafting exciting, innovative menus that will energise a bustling retail space. Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered: A minimum of 2 years of B&I retail experience at Head Chef level
