The Role We are currently seeking a confident, reliable, and resilient individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker. You’ll be working hands-on with young people, supporting their emotional, social, and physical development. Key responsibilities include : Building trust and positive relationships with children and young people Providing structure and guidance in day-to-day routines Acting as a mentor and strong role model Managing challenging behaviour in a calm, professional manner Supporting children during activities, education, and life skills development Working closely with colleagues and external agencies Maintaining clear and accurate records What We’re Looking For We value life experience, common sense, and a strong sense of responsibility.
