We are working with a leading Contract Catering Company and looking for an Area Head Chef for a patch of mainly Education sites. The role will be a mainly a Monday to Friday position but flexibility is needed as there may be an occasional weekend.
The Area Head Chef will travel between all sites in the patch and be happy to travel on a daily basis. There is a car allowance to either provide a company car or support with your present Car. This role covers sites based between Suffolk to Cambridge and onto Hertfordshire so you must be able to travel to these areas each week.
This Area Head Chef role will be to cover holiday periods, sickness periods and where there are vacancies until the role is recruited for. This role is with a leading national catering company so offers distinct promotion opportunities in the future.
An experience in Education Catering would be beneficial ideally gained in Independent Schools, also experience of larger schools would be preferred. Alternatively someone with a contract catering background in B&I sites could be considered.
Mileage is covered after the first 10 miles on both sides of the journey.
