Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its client’s Adult Services teams at Basingstoke, New Forest, Winchester, Fareham.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Conduct home and community-based assessments
2. Deliver interventions to improve functional ability and independence
3. Collaborate with MDTs and contribute to care planning
4. Manage expectations of residents awaiting OT input
5. Provide moving & handling assessments and support
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
6. HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
7. Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
8. Experience with PD clients and adult social care
9. Full UK driving licence and access to insured vehicle
10. Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
