Responsibilities As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and commercial success of our civil engineering projects. Key responsibilities include: * Managing the commercial aspects of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. * Overseeing contracts under NEC Option A and B frameworks on a major energy scheme. * Preparing and delivering accurate cost forecasts, valuations, and financial reports. * Supporting project teams in procurement, risk management, and providing contractual advice. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. * Ensuring all work is conducted to the highest standard and in compliance with relevant regulations.
