What You’ll Do
* Design, build, and own end‑to‑end features across both frontend and backend systems
* Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable platforms for private banking and institutional use cases
* Take ownership of key technical decisions, balancing execution speed with delivery quality
* Partner closely with product managers and designers to turn requirements into robust technical solutions
* Build and maintain APIs, services, web and mobile applications, and data models for modern digital banking experiences
* Set and uphold high standards of code quality through testing, peer reviews, and automation
* Develop and evolve core platform foundations, shared components, and internal tooling
* Embed security, performance, and resilience best practices into everything you deliver
* Define and continuously improve engineering standards, patterns, and ways of working as the team scales
Who You Are
* 8–12+ years of experience as a senior or full‑stack software engineer, owning and operating production systems in fast‑paced environments
* Strong hands‑on experience building modern web and mobile applications across frontend and backend
* Proficient with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, TypeScript) and backend technologies (e.g. Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
* Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible), with exposure to containers and Kubernetes
* Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
* Comfortable acting as the primary technical owner in complex or ambiguous problem spaces
* Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering reliable, well‑designed systems
* Clear, effective communicator who collaborates well within cross‑functional teams
* Passionate about clean, scalable code and engineering excellence
* Experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments is advantageous
* Familiarity with security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance considerations is highly valued
