* Ensuring compliance with mechanical/electrical design specifications and safety legislation
* Monitoring installations and maintaining the highest standards of quality
* Leading and supporting project delivery, client engagement, and business development
* Training, supervising, and developing individuals and teams
* Contributing to company growth through innovation, collaboration, and outstanding project delivery
* Conducting Health & Safety risk assessments and maintaining professional practice standards
