* Permanent role
* Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working


The role

As a Rent and Service Charge officer, the purpose of your role is to support all aspects of rent and service charges, for all tenure types, ensuring legal compliance and a customer centric approach is delivered at all times.

Day to day the role involves standard daily tasks, posting payments, producing associated reconciliations, and updating the housing management system. You will also be responding to enquiries from internal and external customers to provide effective rent and service charge support.


The right fit

* AAT qualified or able to demonstrate experience and competence to that level.
* Good working knowledge of financial systems and desktop applications.
* Knowledge and experience of rent and service charge principles and regulations is required.
* Excellent organisational skills to deal with high volumes of data.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines with precision and accuracy.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
