What you’ll be doing…
As aCustomer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, prompt, and professional support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive experience, whether in person, over the phone, or online.
Greet and assist customers with queries, purchases, or service requests
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Resolve complaints or escalate issues where appropriate
Maintain a tidy, welcoming environment or service area
Process transactions, orders, and returns accurately
Keep up to date with company offerings and promotions
Support wider team with general administrative and operational tasks
Working pattern: Monday to Friday / 22.5 hours per week / term time only
What can you bring?
A warm, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a customer service or front-of-house role
Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
Confidence in using IT systems, tills, or booking platforms
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple queries
A proactive mindset and willingness to support the team
