About the Role
The Talent Acquisition team is critical to NPL's success. You will work closely with our Talent Pipelines and Early Careers Manager, HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and the external marketplace. This role requires managing your own portfolio, providing specialist advice, implementing best practices, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with experience in recruitment and resourcing, candidate and client management, knowledge of e-recruitment practices and technology, direct sourcing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and influence stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Advise managers on recruitment methods
* Ensure compliance and authorization
* Place and manage job advertisements
* Review applications and coordinate interviews
* Conduct competency-based interviews and offer management
* Manage candidate relationships and external suppliers
* Maintain ATS data
* Provide recruitment training
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in in-house recruitment
* Candidate and client management skills
* Knowledge of recruitment technology and social channels
* Experience with direct sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Strong communication and relationship skills
