Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Client and Facilities Support Assistant to work with our client in the city centre of Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading organisation, who have a truly global presence. Main duties: * First point of contact on reception desk to meet & greet visitors attending the office * Management of software systems to control meeting room bookings, car parking, visitor badges, catering requirements and general meeting room set up. * Setting up of meeting rooms in line with booking requests, ensuring the layout and functionality is as requested. * Ensuring the client area, meeting rooms and the whole of the client hospitality suite areas are always kept to the highest standards. * Liaise with our external caterers to ensure refreshments are provided when and where necessary and to the highest standard. * Liaise with 3rd party contractors on site Skills/Experience: * Previous experience working in a Front of House/Reception role * Strong communication skills, both written and oral * Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment * Good working knowledge of MS Office packages, especially Word and Excel * Ability to prioritise and manage workload Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
