A great opportunity for a Market & Consumer Insights Manager to join a global skincare and wellness brand.
This senior position will influence insights into consumer behaviour, brand perception, and market trends, leading to more informed decision-making and improved marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
1. Lead consumer research (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover meaningful insights
2. Analyze consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor data
3. Deliver reports on campaign performance at regional and global levels
4. Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
5. Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between brand positioning and consumer expectations
6. Promote a culture of insight-led decision-making across teams
7. Monitor and report on “Sell Out” brand performance in the market
8. Build and update dashboards tracking KPIs and consumer sentiment
9. Manage external insight suppliers and ad hoc studies
10. Support key meetings (e.g., Business Reviews, Brand Planning)
11. Conduct regular sales and market performance analysis
12. Lead insight initiatives for skincare and wellness projects globally
13. Act as a key contact for UK market analytics across three product categories
14. Stay on top of industry trends and consumer shifts through field visits and market observation
Qualifications
1. Strong background in Consumer Insights, Marketing, or Brand Management
2. Experience in the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on skincare and wellness
3. Skilled in tools such as Nielsen/Circana, Kantar, Power BI
4. Proven track record of translating data into strategic recommendations
5. Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership
6. Comfortable managing multiple projects/brands with attention to detail
7. Works well in fast-paced, dynamic environments
8. Fluent in English; other languages a bonus
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and PowerPoint
10. Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive
