We are working with a leading commercial law firm in Belfast, renowned for providing top-tier legal advice to a diverse range of corporate clients. The firm combines deep legal expertise with a collaborative, client-focused culture, creating an environment where ambitious solicitors can thrive.
As part of its growth strategy, the firm is looking to expand its Corporate Team and is seeking talented solicitors across experience levels—from newly qualified through to experienced (10 PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands on transactional experience, work on high-profile corporate matters, and develop your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts and corporate documentation.
* Supporting clients through all stages of deals, from due diligence to completion.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Contributing to the ongoing development of the team and firm initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Qualified solicitor (NQ–10 PQE) with corporate/ commercial experience.
* Strong transactional experience or exposure to corporate matters (more senior candidates expected to have deeper experience).
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
* Commercial awareness and ability to provide practical, client-focused advice.
* Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
