Responsibilities
* Motivating and inspiring store teams to achieve their full potential
* Leading by example and developing the skills of your store managers
* Contributing to the success of the wider operations team
* Delivering exceptional sales results through strategic store visits
* Championing new technology to improve efficiency and customer service
* Overseeing the implementation of change initiatives within your district
* Achieving district KPIs and ensuring operational budgets are met
* Cultivating a strong talent pipeline through succession planning and development programs
* Building strong relationships with the trading team and leveraging local market insights
* Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and drive positive change
* Taking ownership of your district’s P&L
