Responsibilities
* Allocations, sign‑ups and new tenancy set‑up
* Tenancy and estate management
* Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB) case management
* Managing and minimising voids
* Supporting tenancy sustainment and early intervention
* Working closely with internal colleagues and external partners
Qualifications
* Experience in general needs housing management within a council or housing association setting
* Confidence managing a varied caseload across different housing functions
* Practical, solutions‑focused approach with a desire to work closely with residents
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
* Willingness to contribute ideas, improve services and help develop a growing team
Key Information
Basic DBS Check is required for this role.
