We are hiring an Associate Consultant to join our small, high-performing UK team.
This role has a hard entry requirement. You must have a minimum of 9 months' experience at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) or a Big Four firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG). Applications that do not meet this criterion will not be progressed.

From day one you will contribute to real client work: supporting workshops and interventions, producing client-ready materials, and working alongside experienced consultants who are invested in your growth. We hire primarily for character and potential, but you must arrive with a proven consulting foundation. We are looking for people with initiative, resilience, emotional intelligence, humility, and the appetite to grow fast in demanding client environments.
Requirements: minimum 9 months at MBB or Big Four; eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC); right to work in the UK; willingness to travel to client sites approximately 60% of the time, typically Tuesday to Thursday; strong written and verbal communication; excellent attention to detail.
