Project Engineer - Deeside Job Summary: Join our Global Engineering Operations team to lead projects introducing new equipment or major improvements. Ensure high manufacturing standards, align with volume forecasts, and reduce operational costs. Drive project engineering activities in line with company strategy, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Support AWC automation projects.
Lead process development and new equipment integration.
Oversee FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ validation.
Conduct design reviews with vendors.
Maintain change control systems.
Support production output and delivery.
Execute tasks for new process introduction.
Identify and deliver Lean process improvements.
Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards.
Drive continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in automation/process engineering.
Six Sigma Green Belt or similar problem-solving approach.
Proficient in SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, CAD.
Trained in IQ, OQ, PQ validation.
Knowledge of GAMP5, FDA, MHRA, EHS regulations.
Strong project and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
Travel: Up to 20%
