This role is based at our Shirebrook HQ, working five days a week. We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support our new Digital Commercial Department, focusing on marketplace and dropship business operations.
You will act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, handling payments, resolving issues, and supporting financial processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Tracking payments and chasing missing ones
* Improving current processes
* Supporting payment reconciliation
* Liaising with accounts, treasury, and business partners
* Providing reports and overviews
* Handling payment queries for dropship brands
* Producing ad-hoc reports and administrative tasks
No prior experience is necessary; we value proactive individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good Excel skills, and a desire to develop within a global company.
