このポジションは家電事業本部のElectronics事業部において 担当カテゴリ全体(PC周辺機器 ゲミングアクセサリ売上に責任を持つベンダマネジャとして 担当商品カテゴリの品揃えの最適化 売上 利益の最大化を目指します また お客様の利便性向上 および満足度の維持 向上にも責任 を負い 効率的なオペレションを追求します これらを達成するために 戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに WEBを活用した販売計画の策定 商品の販売促進 宣伝 ブランディング を企画 実行します
すべての担当業務を自立的に行い 複雑な状況下においてもシニアマネジメントからの必要最小限の指示を得て 完遂します

理美容家電 キッチン家電 テレビ 文房具 オフィス用品 家具 楽器 カメラ パソコンなどを幅広く取り扱う事業部です 各ストアの売り上げ規模も大きく Amazon Retailビジネスの中で事業部数 売り上げが最も大きい部門です 特徴的なのは 商品の価格が高いものが多く お客様としては 失敗したくない という思いが強いこと 購入までの検討時間も長くお客様の購買判断を助けるために Amazonならではの情報提供 施策に力を入れています 取り扱う商材はどこの家庭にもある身近なものでばかりです また 昨今のお家時間の充実を目的として女性を主な顧客とする理美容家電が成長しています デタを深堀して顧客ニズを把握し 顧客視点での施策の立案と展開を行います 顧客の多様なニズに対応するために 様なバックグラウンドを持つ社員がそれぞれの強みを活かして活躍できる環境です

About the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in retail, operations, product/program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and results-driven experience
- Background in financial analysis or P&L ownership
- 3+ years of with Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
