Realise is recruiting for qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Oxford region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners in reaching their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or ASF short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to flourish throughout their learning journey with Realise.
While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
- Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
- Creating tailored solutions to ensure learners have the best experience and develop their interests and careers
- Utilizing our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

The Salary
* If you are a Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications - £27,500
* If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - up to £29,000
* If you are a qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - up to £30,000
* You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
* Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) is advantageous
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) is advantageous
* Experience in managing your own caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
