Learn everything there is to know about the property industry As a Trainee Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. This position will provide valuable experience in property management, customer service, and office management. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within the company which is a busy independent sales, lettings and property management agent based in the affluent area of Eastbourne, however the office is part of a wider group.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily operations of the business

- Learn and implement sales techniques to upsell products and services

- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette

- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

- Assist with office management duties

- Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals

* Managing a large portfolio of properties from Uckfield to Eastbourne

* Property visits and inspections

* Learn and implement marketing techniques

Experience:

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook is essential

* UK driving licence and vehicle essential

* Previous experience within the property sector is desirable, but not essential

Pay: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Experience:

* Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
